Silas Lacey LLC is now offering all of its archived plans for purchase. Our first design, The Versailles, is an award winning Spanish inspired home located in beautiful Boerne, Texas. This particular home sits at 89' wide and has a breathtaking elevation. We used various ceiling treatments throughout to create one of the more attractive rooflines you'll ever encounter. The split wing concept has gained popularity throughout the years because of its versatility and privacy factors. Like all our plans, a full team collaboration between owner, designer, interior decorator, and construction consultants help ensure that we are creating a fully functional design that could withstand the test of time. By purchasing one of our designs, you also will receive a complimentary construction budget template that most builders use to keep track of cost. Included with all plans will be a detailed floor plan, exterior elevation angles, electrical, interior elevations, roof design, ceiling diagram, and a complementary site plan. All plans will be sent to you in PDF form and can be forwarded to your preferred framing and foundation engineer via CAD/DWG. Plans are to be purchased as is, however, revisions can be priced on a "per" basis.
