CARTIER PUFFED PAVE DIAMOND LARGE HEART PENDANT - 18K White Gold - Ref #B7213200. Heart has 45 Diamonds with 1.2 cts.and 3.05 grams of gold. The White Gold with 16" Cartier Chain with Safety clasp has 8.29 grams of gold. Both have certificates of authenticity and current Valuation Reports from Cartier. Serial Number for the Chain is DV5825. Serial Number for the Heart is ND8790. This is the larger one from their collection, but not currently available as part of the collection for several years. The Heart is 5/8" tall and 3/4" with the bail and 1/2" wide. The Values are based on their last retail price. Has both Cartier Boxes. Extremely hard to photograph. Looks so much better than photos.
