Vintage Spot Bilt Black Metal Cleats-Used-Decor - $39 - (Vicksburg, MS)

Obtained these cleats in attic clean out with other late 1940-1960's items. I do not know there age size or history. The are still structurally in decent shape but I would say they would be for decoration only. They are scuffed up, faded and stiff from many years stored in box. Could not find tag or marking with with size, just guessing would say 10 or 11. Contact seller with any questions.
