This is a nice watercolor in a very unusual frame painted by Carlo of Hollywood. The watercolor is about " X " and the frame is about 27 5/8" wide at top X 22 7/8" wide at bottom X 21 1/4" high. the bottom is about 1 3/8" deep and top is about 2 1/2" deep to 3" deep.
