This is a used aluminum decorating banding wheel that has some ceramic clay residue and a a little bit of paint on it. I have 11 of these, so if you need more than one, let me know and I will sell you up to 11 of them at the same price. By the way, you are buying ONE of these decorating wheels. Some of these pictures show two sets just so you can see the two components next to one complete assembled wheel. Sorry if it looked confusing.
