If a pine cone or anything comes off you can glue it back on but it all should be ok when it arrives but just in case you will know. The branches need to be fluffed as it has been in the square box a long time and it still works. It will be shipped without batteries. It uses 4 double A batteries. It works bread and sings several songs including jingle bells. Gently used condition. The box has part of the clear plastic off the top otherwise is in good condition.
