Sheffield Fine China Set of 7 Plates Elegance Fine China of Japan - $30 - (Ellsinore, MO)

You are looking at a set of 7 vintage Elegance Fine China of Japan by Sheffield. These plates are about 10 7/8" across x 7/8" high and have a silver trim along the outer edge with the pretty green and white flowing floral design. Two of these plates have chips. The plates do need a good cleaning because of some discoloration from age of being displayed. I tried regular dish soap and water and it just didn't get the color off.
