This computer works great. It has normal wear on the outside of the case. Just a few light scratches. No dents or dings. I tried to take a picture of the outside, scratches are so light they did not show up on the picture. Open the lid and it looks brand new. I put a fresh install of El Capitan on it. It does come with the usb charger and cable. I have a bootable usb thumb drive I could have added for a additional fee, but figured most people did not want that, so did not include it. If you need that email me and I will see if we can work it out somehow. Note: On the shipping, I will ship it USPS. I have to order a box from them that is for Laptops. They do not stock the box at my local post office. If you purchase I will order the box then ship to you. Might take 3 or 4 days for me to receive the box. I will mail it the day I receive the box.
