They are the bulbs that are "hot leg" bulbs, purchased one year ago at Tanning Bulbs for Less in Browns Summitt, NC. Also have brand new pillow, Acrylics were cleaned and treated at time of bulb replacement with the professional polish kit, also from Tanning Bulbs for Less.
