This is an auction of an HP16500C logical analyzer system with two HP16557D deep memory logic Analyzer module The Spec of HP16557D: 135MHz State/500-MhzTiming.64 data channels, 4 clock/data channels.2Mb memory per channel or 4Mb per channel in half channel mode. The 4th photo shows the test result on one of the pod of HP16557D. all the 16 data inputs and one clock input have been tested as good. All the pods on each of the HP16557D cards have been tested and got the same result. A DVD shown in 5th photo is included in this sale. It contains all the software and user manuals for HP16500A/B/C logical analyzer mainframe and all the modules supported by these logical analyzer mainframe.
