This set was purchased new from Royal Furniture of Port Jervis, NY in 2003. It is in excellent condition, aside from one scratch on the leg of one chair, which can be touched up.Set includes the China Base, China Deck, Double Pedestal Table Top, (2) Upholstered Back Arm Chairs, (4) Upholstered Back Side Chairs, and (2) 18" Apron Leaves. Also included are the matching table top pad/protectors, along with those for the leaves. Leaves are stored in their own custom storage bags. The wood is in excellent shape. The protector/pad has always been used, so the table top is in like-new condition. Non-smoking home. The China Deck does have interior lights that are activated by touching one of the hinges.
