Small homeowner red Vise.  Jaws about 3-1/2" wide and open about that distance.  Made for mounting on a table/workbench and can rotate about 90 degrees in either direction. Marked during forging UX3 V-2 USA. Some paint and glue splatters.  Adjustment bar for the locking base has rubber caps that are loose. Weighs over 10 lbs.  Shipping cost projected may be lots higher than you'll need to pay, depending on location -- East Coast Mid Atlantic folks shipping should be much less -- ask for an invoice
