Rigid navy wool blend felt softened and pre-shrunk in the wash..cut into 3/4 inch wide strips and crocheted in loose doubles with a Q hook. Round, 19 inches wide and 4 inches tall. Care...Machine wash and dry. The more it's washef the softer it'll get!
