Rare antique WWI graniteware pictorial stove plate of Kaiser Wilhelm monument. - $250 - (St. Albans, VT)

This is an extremely rare pictorial graniteware or enamelware plate that looks like it originally fit into the door of an elaborate heating stove. At least that is my best guess. I have never seen anything like it and have kept it for many, many years. It is in beautiful shape on the front. The back is a little rough as it was never intended to be seen. 12" high X 8.75" wide at the bottom. The text translates to something like "Kaiser Wilhelm surveys the German border." Probably planning his next move, I would guess. I suspect it will have a great deal of value in the right market and will pack it carefully for shipment.
