Genuine antique map "Mappa Geographica in qua Ducatus Lotharingiae et Barr....." by George Matthaus Seutter, published in Augsburg in 1745. This boldly printed, brightly original hand colored map of Northeast France is a joy to look at and study. The elaborate title cartouche is surrounded by ornate working figures. A cartographer sits atop the map key and scale. Map is in good condition with very light soiling and age toning. This is a beautiful map printed on heavy paper. Center fold as issued.
