Up for sale is a WR-10 waveguide frequency multiplier. It has a multiplication factor of 6. DC voltage is +8V, approximately 700mA Input frequency via SMA connector is 12.5GHz - 18.333 GHz It has an output power of 10 to 15 dBm from 89 GHz to 104 GHz (See Actual Data Pic)It is operational 75 - 110 GHz but the power does roll off outside above range, please see actual data table provided in pictures.
