1930s ART NOUVEAU SLAG GLASS TABLE LAMP - $425 - (Fayetteville, NC)

This 1930s Art Nouveau two-light table lamp is made of cast iron (base), heavy cast metal (stem body, shade frame & finial), & brass (rolled upper stem & spun socket bodies & shade cap). It has been restored in antique brass. The slag glass panels are cream with swirls of caramel. Seven of the eight slag glass panels are original & one is new. All the slag glass panels are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. This classic Art Nouveau slag glass lamp stands 25 1/2” tall & has a 16” wide shade. The cast iron lamp base is 8” in diameter. Original P&S pull-chain light sockets are rewired with brown cloth covered cord & a new repro bakelite plug. It weighs just over 18 lbs.
