Vintage Mid Century Blackamoor Genie Black Chalkware Lamps Retro - $88 - (Oakland, MD)

Interesting vintage lamps. Male and female pair of Genies carrying baskets. Both lamps work with 3-way light switches - but I didn't have 3-way bulbs to test that ability. Chalkware has issues: paint loss, possible repairs, touched up at some point. Both have chipping of paint and different color green painted on pants. Bases have noticeable paint chipping and some chalkware chipping. Electrical cords are red with one plug having been replaced at some point in time. Felt on one base - not other. Male neck appears to have been repaired but it looks like original black paint on neck / chest - so I'm not sure. Nice vintage couple even with their issues.
