Grease Lamps, also referred to as Fat lamps, Lard Lamps. Historically these would have been fueled with grease or fat, similar to Betty Lamps, with a free floating wick extending from the outer edges of the pans.A set of two very well made reproduction Primitive Forged Iron Grease Lamps with an excellent rusty, grungy finish. Finely hand crafted blacksmith forged iron.The Shepard's crook hooks are very nicely shaped as are the upturned feet.The texture and colors in the finish are perfect for Primitive, Colonial, Eclectic, and Industrial decors. The grease/fat pans are adjustable though move a little stiff.Each approx 18" high adn 6 1/2" wide.
