RARE! This is a factory ACM (Audio Connectivity Module) kit. Jaguar's solution to adding ipod/usb/rca auxillary inputs to an otherwise closed loop fiber optic d2b audio system. These are getting impossible to find since they stopped making these kits awhile back. This is the "newer" version with updated firmware(enhanced compatibility), upgraded ipod cable and fiber optic cables. Compatible with the following Jaguars: 2003 - 2008 S-Type, 2002 - 2007 X-Type, 2004 - 2009 XJ8. Kit installation instructions to be included upon request. Part #: C2C-40513
