Vintage Pre-War Japanese Paper Sheet of Chinese Zodiac Animal Images - $25 - (Tilghman, MD)

This delicate sheet of paper is some sort of game sheet. It is 7.5 inches wide and 10.25 inches tall. It is divided into 49 rectangles. One has some Japanese characters that probably explain the game...naturally I can't read them so I have no idea what you would do. The other 48 rectangles show images of the animals assoiated with the Chinese zodiac...Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. Each is shown in four different images. I am not sure of the vintage of this item but am inclined to place it in the pre-war Japanese era.
