Up for sale is a completed, hand crafted Vintage Crewel from the JCA Elsa Williams Heritage Collection adapted from a design by Gere Leeds. His signature appears on the right bottom. This color art has a picture printed onto the fabric. Then the picture has crewel stitches to enhance the flowers. All the big flowers in the middle are done with crewel embroidery using wool yarn. The colors are so delicate. The mat is an ivory with a dusty rose trim on the inside. The matted size is 17 x 21 and is ready for a frame. I also have the same ebroidery with a frame already which is available for $49.99.
