This is a gently used For-A VPS-300 Video Production System. I have been its caretaker since it was purchased new. I am not an expert, but I will tell you as much practical information about it and its history as I can. It was part of the control room for a multimedia installation. It was always in a climate-controlled environment, and ultimately saw very little use. It was never used as much as originally planned, as a result it saw at the most a couple button presses a week in the early stages, later maybe once or twice a month. It was installed for about 15 years, and while it saw very little use, it was powered on the whole time, as a video signal was always passing through it. It was mainly used to select different video sources. Any hours meter or log within the machine will reflect this. Looking at the condition of the exterior of the controller will show you it got little use. It looks like new. Internally, it does not appear to have any added options, but that's as far as my expertise goes. Tell me what to look for if you need more information.
