This Valentine is a deceptively simple looking card but it includes in its design several desirable elements for the collector. The heart is diecut at top…see photos. There is gilt and glitter around the lovely orchid on front. The inner and outside orchid each has a rhinestone embellishment. The orchid on front is embossed. The card is made of parchment and is in superb condition. It is signed and dated 1960 by the sender. There is no manufacturer name or artist signature but look at the exquisite detail everywhere in this card. It measures about 5.5" x 6.75". There is some age discoloration on the back surface but it does not bleed through to the other pages. This is in very clean condition with no notable shelf wear.
