Antique Cast Iron Weathervane Arrow Kite Tail Weather Vane - $100 - (Blue River, WI)
Antique arrow weathervane. Measures 19-11/16" overall. 3/4" opening for rod. Arrow head measures approximately 2-1/4" long by 1-1/8" wide. Tail measures approximately 7-1/4" x 4-1/8" at widest point. Iron of arrow has rust and pitting but all metal solid. Tail metal also has rust/pitting with pock marks (bb shots?) and is not within outer frame in one section (see picture 10). I am not an expert in antiques so may not notice something that is important to a collector. PLEASE ask questions if there are important aspects to this item that I have not specifically mentioned.
