You are bidding on vintage BUESCHER 400 TOP HAT & CANE tenor saxophone, professionally overhauled with high quality Ferree's pads, new corks and felts. Original Buescher snap-in resonators have been installed to Ferree's pads. Gold plated Norton springs and brown rollers are present as well. The lacquer is original with some scratches and wear here and there, but even so the saxophone is still very shiny and looks great. The sax has been completely disassembled, the body was cleaned thoroughly outside and inside, the sax body, keys and rods where hand cleaned. All the keys has been leveled, and the tone holes aligned. After that the instrument has been re-assembled with all new pads, oiled, fully adjusted and play tested, so I can guarantee that this saxophone feels and plays like a brand new horn or better. The saxophone with serial number 346855 was made in1951. This horn is a fantastic player, ready to play and needs nothing. The saxophone comes with Protec case in decent condition.
