80's Silver Face JVC KD-W5 Dual Tape Deck. Excellent build and sound quality. Beautiful Machine w/ LED Peak meters that have distinct vertical orientation. Made in Japan. Clean well-cared for cosmetics with wear/scratching due mostly to component stacking. Overall very presentable machine. This deck looks to have had minimal use with a very clean interior. This machine has some very distinct features that are hard to find. First, there is pitch control for playback. This allows you to correct the pitch on tapes that were recorded previously on a deck that ran too fast or slow. You could then record to a new tape or to your digital capture. Second, is a mic input. Third, is a music scan function for skipping tracks. Fourth, is countinous play. Fifth, you have Dolby NR and ANRS systems.
