HRT iStreamer DAC is for use with Apple Devices only. There is not a USB, Coax or Toslink port. It will sync with devices that have either the 30 pin or Lightning ports. This unit bypasses the internal Digital to Analog converters inside your Apple device. While the DAC inside the Apple devices is not bad, there is a very noticeable difference when using this to connect your Apple device to your audio system. It provides a "warmer" sound with a higher level of detail. I used it with Spotify streaming at 320kbps and it sounded outstanding. I have gone to a different system and am trying to move away from the Apple ecosystem, so this is no longer being used in my system. Free shipping if purchased at the listed price.
