We discovered they did not have heat pumps, which we need to have in our application. These units are best suited for warmer climates where an energy efficient heat source is not needed. Our organization has decided to go a different direction with heating/cooling needs. Customer will need to hire a licensed HVAC technician and install the equipment in a professional manner.
