Up for your consideration is a beautiful mid-century modern “Ultima Thule” salad plate originally designed in 1968 by Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala and hand-made in Finland. I have three of these plates available, please inquire about reduced shipping on multiple purchases. This vintage Scandinavian glass salad plate is from the iconic “Ultima Thule” range and features striated ice formations melting into drips at the bottom. The diameter is approximately 7 1/4". This wonderful “Danish Modern” salad plate is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only very light surface wear or utensil marks from use, storage and age (please see all photos and ask any questions before bidding).
