Crock is Hand turned as you can see. Could be older Wisconsin or Red Wing pottery Stoneware antique (mid-late 19th century) 2 gallon stoneware crock with a salt glaze exterior, Albany slip glaze interior, and bold cobalt blue decoration on the front, NICE!.... A vary nice orange peel patina. It has no chips or cracks some discolored and glaze miss areas from age or during the manufacturing, very typically found on 19th century salt glazed crocks. The crock measures 9" H x 8 3/4" in diameter at the bottom and 9" on the bottom. It tappers wider at the bottom, less at the top, vary unique!
