Looks to be made of zinc , ( solid Body ) similar to some old weathervanes---Looks to be in very good condition--Style early sailor uniform ---Please view photos. Figure is 22 inches in height. Total height with swinging arms 35.5 inches . The figure sits on a metal base 7 inches by 6 inches, which sits on a two tier wood base 9.25 inches by 7.25 inches.
