The car seat is in near-mint condition as it's been used about a dozen times after being bought in October. It is best suited for infants (about 0-18 months), and as you can see from the photo of the instructions on the side, it's meant for kids from 4 to 35 lbs, up to 32 inches tall. The harness can be adjusted according to the baby's size, and the base is included.There are no defects, scratches, nor blemishes on any part of it.
