As shown, the front of the buckle includes former coach Gene Smithson with towel in hand and the MTXE emblem on a basketball. On the right is the classic menacing WUShock with a player dunking the basketball. Along the player's jersey, it is engraved MTXE. The rear of the buckle includes the original belt loop and the engraved statement: "This buckle is dedicated to the many great Shocker basketball fans across the country.
