This auction contains the parts needed to add the 'CBC Mod' to a stereo pair of Studer A80, A80R or A80RC audio reproduce cards. The auction includes the parts shown on the right hand side of the photo ONLY. The card on the left side of the photo is NOT INCLUDED in the auction and is shown for reference only. This kit utilizes high-quality Xicon Film caps of specific value which, when added to the foil side of the repro card as shown, allows for easier NAB set-up and dial in when performing an audio alignment. This mod originates from the Canadian Broadcasting Company, who were known to modify their A80's in such a manner. I have performed this modification on my personal machine and attest, it works flawlessly.Each kit does (2) two cards. Basic illustrated instructions included with kit, professional installation available for an additional per-card fee.
