1785 Vermont Landscape Copper - RR-2 Very Good 10 Details ANACS - VG 10 - $485 - (West Rutland, VT)

A 1785 Vermont post-colonial copper. This Vermont coin is graded VG 10 Details by ANACS. It is one of two "Vermonts" varieties. The coin has areas of light surface roughness on both sides as seen in the photos and noted on the holder. The Vermont RR-2 is rated a Rarity 2 by Tony Carlotto in his book "The Copper Coins of Vermont." I am slowly auctioning the coins gathered in a lifetime of collecting.
