Antikamnia chemical company calendars full set 1897-1901 - $2,000 - (Tatum, TX)

Antikamnia Chemical Company of St. Lois, Mo. put out these skeleton calendars, which they sent out to Doctors. The calendars were issued from 1897 until 1901. This is the full collection of the calendars. Each panel in the Antikamnia calendars depict fantastic and comical skeletons dressed in different styles and occupations. The Antikamnia Chemical Company hired local physician/ artist Louis Crucius to do the art for the calendars. Crucius was also a pharmacist and did the "skeleton sketches" drawings while working at a pharmacy. These calendars are in good shape with the exception of extra punch holes in the side of each calendar. These will only be sold as a complete set. Will not separate.
