Haybuster H1000 Tub Grinder - $6,995 - (Hartsburg, MO)
1981 Haybuster H 1000 Tub Grinder serial number 811704. It's in good mechanical condition and is in use. I had it mechanically rebuilt at our local Haybuster dealer, Lauf Implement. It has new tires, almost all new hydraulic hoses, and all new belts. The main drive pulleys were balanced and updated with a leveling system. Many smaller pulleys were replaced. Any worn bearings were replaced. All of the grease zerks take grease and the hydraulic system doesn't leak. It Currently has a 1.5" screen and 3" screen. I have one spare 1.5" screen also. This grinder works well for hay or wood mulch. We are replacing it with a horizontal grinder with a color system to make colored mulch. This grinder is 8'6" tall, about 22' long with the chute folded, 86" wide at the tires, and weighs around 7000 pounds. It would probably ride safely on a gooseneck deckover trailer with plenty of clearance. The tractor that runs is is for sale also for $6500.
