1900ish Waltham Vanguard 18s 21j Fahys GF Case Winds Sets Runs - $275 - (North Hero, VT)

The dial is this watches biggest issue, I'd knock off a point or two for the 2 obvious hairlines and the 1, not so obvious one........The case isn't in bad shape and, it functions properly but, there's little doubt it's seen it's fair share of pocket time....... The bow has some "brassing", looks like it's been battling a chain for a few years, lost some gold but, managed to keep it's stiffness. The crystal is quite nice, not sure if it's original but, it could be......All this can be seen pretty well in the pics.......... I have no clue when this was last serviced but, this watch deserves to be checked out and serviced by a trained "Watch Person"..... I did run it for over 24hrs and it seemed to keep pretty good time, might have lost a minute?? I think, when You get them serviced, They hook a machine up and zone um right in....?? That's about it, in the "Issues" Dept., everything else appears to be fine....... The movement winds and sets as smoothly as can be and, ticks away with the best of um.........For all it's little flaws, it's pretty decent for a 116 year old doodad......... Between the pics and all this hullaballoo, You should have the better part of the story but, I could have easily left something out so, feel free to shoot Me a question, or 2.....
