Vintage Arcade Toys #4319 ROAD CONSTRUCTION SET with BOX~Nice Original Set! - $795 - (Batavia, OH)

This is for a vintage early 1940`s Arcade #4319 Road Construction Set & box. The set is in overall good condition, having play & age related wear, including scratches and missing paint. The wheelbarrow does have some sort of foreign substance on it, perhaps paint, or something along those lines. Included are the dump truck, the tractor & dump trailer, a wheelbarrow, 4 hand tools, and 5 assorted road signs. This set is missing two lanterns, otherwise it is complete. The box measures about 19 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 2 1/4". The box exhibits wear, including some dirt staining, and has a torn corner, as shown in the pics. Also has a surface paper tear or two. I have no insert with the box. There is a partial set label on the one end of the box. The box has great graphics of other various cast iron Arcade toys of the time period.
