Beautiful albumen print of farmhouse and field with Mt. Fuji in the background. Full title "Fujiyama from Tokaido Yoshiwara farmer's house" negative #884. Photographer Kusakabe, Kimbei (1841-1934) an apprentice of Felice Beato and Raymond Von Stillford. Kusakabe managed a studio in Yokohama for many years. Photograph 8" by 10 1/4" Card Mount is 14" by 15"  print is hand tinted color and image still strong, however some rubbing and slight chipping on corners and edges of card mount. Overall very good condition in 16" by 20" matt.
