APPLE II or Mac SWIVELING MONITOR STAND EXCELLENT CONDITION - $5 - (Blue Earth, MN)

I believe this is an Apple Iic swiveling monitor stand, but I am not sure. I don't have a monitor to test it on. It could have been designed for a IIe or for some other Apple monitor. The clips on the top are all still attached. There is some darkening due to age. I haven't seen any others listed on eBay and would appreciate any additional information if you have it. Priced to sell!
