Your are purchasing a very nice and new-looking Mario Kart 8 edition Wii U Bundle. Everything still looks like new. Although the system still has the previous owner's Nintendo Account on it with the password on it. This will not affect you being able to add your own account, play the downloaded games, or in any other way. In addition to Mario Kart, the system also has Splatoon downloaded. You can still add your own account or use the guest account and play the games installed on the system. (As long as having an account on the system you can't do anything with doesnt bother you then you should be great.) Back to condition...everything was placed back into the box just like it originally came. As you can see by the photo it could still pass for brand new as all the contents were placed back into the factory wrappings. The reason I have listed it as used is because of the fact that it had been opened and used gently even if it was only for a short period of time. I would rate it as Like New but eBay didn't give me that option. The box itself shows some minor shelf wear but looks good overall. Mainly has some light corner wear and some creasing in the back of the box along with a small puncture. This is the Mario Kart 8 bundle with the preinstalled Mario Kart game as well as Splatoon. The bonus DLC for Mario Kart that the box says is included may not be valid, redeemable, or usable anymore. We are also including a physical copy of Super Smash Bros.
