The Tandori Grill or Oven as they are called cooks using high heat that surrounds the meat on all sides. Tandori ovens originated in India and have been used for centuries. The inside is 4 inches of clay surrounded by stainless steel. A small amount of charcoal is used. Sears meat like no other grill or cooker. Fantastic on beef, chicken, and fish.
