DESCRIPTION: "Chic Parisien" vintage Woman's fashion magazine/book. Incredible find. Magazine measures 11.5" x 15.5." These were used by stores to order their fashions for the year. The front part gives detailed description of each dress. The descriptions are numbered and correspond to an artist rendition of the dress. The descriptions are repeated in several different languages. This magazine carries one double-paged spread plus ten single pages. The colors are brilliant. It seems that part, if not all, of these pages are hand-colored. They are simply amazing. 15 pages. Printed in Austria. These books are usually disassembled and the prints sold separately. Single prints typically sell from $25 on up to $95 for the single prints and $125 for the doubles. This complete set contains around 120 single prints and 12 doubles. Please note: not every print is pictured. CONDITION: Near fine. No marks, rips, or tears. This issue has a faint mystery line on the front cover. Amazing condition.
