Antique Carriage Clock - $4,950 - (Kissimmee, FL)

This is a French Bronze Sedan Chair carriage clock, circa 1890. There are two side panels depicting portraits of women painted on a thin plate of natural material. They do have the normal aging (the painting with a woman with gold dress does show a split) but nothing that would detract from the appearance or value. This carriage clock is signed on the dial but the signature is very worn and not legible. The clock is wound tight and would need repair so it has been priced accordingly. The gong does work and has a lovely chime. Stands 11.25" tall.
