ALBERT NURNBERGER, Double Bass Bow. Master grade, Purnambuco Octagonal stick with ebony frog, abalone inlay, sterling silver and leather wraps. "Germany" stamped on the end. This bow has an excellent camber and a very comfortable, blanced feel. W: 140g, L: 30" from tip to tip, 22" of hair. It has a quick response and gets a huge, deep sound. Lemur bow case included. Near Mint condition. 30 yrs old! I purchased this recently in "New Old Stock" condition from a music store that ordered it new from the maker in the mid 80's. It has been stored in a case it's whole life. It is in new, perfect condition. Today, a bow of this quality would go for $3000. I have only put a couple hours of playing time on it. It is not broken-in. It's just waiting to be played! A fine, professional grade German Bass Bow. Serious offers will be considered.
