medio fino full size violin - $299 - (Freeport, ME)

Here is a nice vintage, hand made, full size French violin. Weight 1 lb, length 14 inches and 23 1/2 overall, sound post intact, no cracks, nice finish, needs strings. A nice touch about this one is the way it was manufactured. In the early 20th century the young apprentices would do the initial work and the masters would finish it. This apprentice apparently left 3 fingerprints on it as you can see them on the front upper bout so you have the makers "signature". Bausch bridge. Please contact me if questions.
