Normandy 4 Intermediate level Clarinet - $100 - (Knightstown, IN)
This is a Normandy 4 Intermediate level horn. It has a Wooden body with composite bell. The composite bell has NO effect on the tone ofo theh clarinet. In fact some of the Normandy 4 's actually came with composite bells I see 2 keys have minor plating fade. The upper unit has Black colored pads but the bottom unit has white. I took it to a Music store and they replaced 4 pads (lower unit) with white pads and then adjusted the clarinet. (Tuned it). I left the repair bill in the case. The tech said it sounds and plays good. The case is in usable condition and I put in a NEW 2 1/2 reed. I am listing it as Not Working or for Parts. BUT IT IS IN WORKING ORDER and sounds good. The clarinet does have matching numbers 85956 on both units. It will make an outstanding backup horn. Because it is listed for a low price and as: " Not Working," I have too offer it AS IS, NO RETURNS.
