Maple Forest Cottage House Plans - $500 - (Washington, PA)

For sale are three sets of blueprints to build a maple forest cottage. The plans were purchased in 1997, but were never used to build the cottage. One set was given to a contractor to look at, and has some small tears around the edges, as shown in one of the pictures. This does not interfere with the drawings in any way. The other two sets of plans are in like new condition. The living space is 2740 square feet, and has a full basement. There are three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom.
